Responsibility
Not only quality - sustainability and environmental protection should also be a matter of course for a responsible company today. Traditionally, our heating elements are highly energy efficient, recyclable and guarantee a long lifetime. Future developments will increase the focus on high energy efficiency and recyclability. We face up to our responsibility and accept the challenge of achieving the 1.5-degree target by 2026.

Quality
We supply small and large-scale companies all over the world with state-of-the-art heating technology. Large quantities of products in top quality and offering outstanding process reliability are an absolute given as far as we are concerned – as is our constant focus on improvement. One of the key elements of our success is our dedicated and qualified staff.
The company’s headquarters in Hatzenbühl and all the production sites belonging to the Eichenauer Group are certified according to the current quality standards ISO 9001 and/or ISO TS 16949. Our products comply with the current status of the RoHS and REACH regulations and are largely VDE and UL approved.

Sustainability
Climate change is the greatest challenge facing humanity since the end of the Ice Age and is the defining task of our time. The consequences of global warming are becoming increasingly tangible and the pressure on politicians and companies is growing - not least due to the Fridays for Future movement. There is now a worldwide consensus that we urgently need to counteract man-made climate change.
The success of emission reductions depends to a large extent on the voluntary and consistent action of industry in the industrialized countries. Eichenauer Heizelemente GmbH & Co. KG has therefore decided to take responsibility for the world we leave to our children and grandchildren.
For this reason with the help of the consultants of Fokus Zukunft GmbH & Co. KG we have recorded all greenhouse gas emissions emitted by our company, and offset them by purchasing a total of 4.153 climate protection certificates for the time period of 01.09.2022 – 31.12.2025. With these certificates, we support a wind energy project in Mexico, which has been certified according to under the Clean Development Mechansim.
We are aware of our special responsibility as a company towards future generations and have acted accordingly. The impact of our company on the climate has been determined for us by Fokus Zukunft GmbH & Co. KG: Our CO2 footprint is approx. 1.486 tons of CO2 equivalents per year. On average, a person in Germany causes about 10.8 tons of CO2 per year through his or her lifestyle.
Greenhouse gases are evenly distributed in the atmosphere. Therefore, it makes sense to avoid emissions where the costs are lowest. In addition, projects in emerging and developing countries help to improve the economic, social and ecological situation and support the realization of the sustainability goals of the United Nations. For emerging and developing countries, emissions trading is a key driver for the transfer of clean technologies and sustainable economic development.
This greenhouse gas balance sheet provides a transparent overview of our company's greenhouse gas emissions. The report thus forms an important keystone in our commitment to climate protection. On the basis of the determined footprint the corresponding quantity of climate certificates has been purchased. For the compensation of our greenhouse gases, we have received the award "climate neutral company".
As far as Eichenauer in concerned, sustainability and social responsibility mean managing a company not just on the basis of profitability but also according to ecological and social principles.
Eichenauer is committed in its actions and its products to taking on social responsibility for both mankind and the environment.
Our contribution to environmental protection is reflected in our products, which are geared towards increased efficiency/energy efficiency and reduced environmental damage from harmful emissions: for Eichenauer this is a crucial growth driver moving ahead to the future.
Eichenauer regards adherence to the principles of lawful conduct (compliance) as an important part of the day-to-day dealings with one another and essential to our social responsibility.
